Does anyone have the DEC VR14 display ECOs in PDF or paper form?

There were some changes to suppress arcing which appear to be implemented in the VR14 in my LAB-8/e but not in the second VR14 which was part of a GT40.

I need to fix my VR14 also so dug up what I could find. What I found was in
http://www.bitsavers.org/pdf/dec/fieldService/dec-o-log/
A225 and G836 are in the directory. More is in DEC-O-LOG_PDP8E_Jun74.pdf. I searched for VR14 and found VR14 display, W684, and 7009357 harness,

And previously pointed to
http://bitsavers.org/pdf/dec/graphics/VR14/VR14_and_VR20_Troubleshooting_Procedures_Jun72.pdf

And fol completeness possible substitute transistors

Haven't tried doing any yet.

Thank you Vince and David.

The DEC-O-LOG_PDP8E_Jun74.pdf has a bit of info about the 7009357 changes but it does not go into much detail of the rework for the arc suppression.
I could try to copy the obvious arc suppression changes from the LAB-8/e's VR14 but may miss something important.
There are changes required on the CRT socket harness, the G836 power supply and the W684 intensity control. None of the ECOs have enough detail to implement them without further info.

David - what is wrong with your VR14? Is there anything I can help with? I have one working VR14 and the second one hopefully will work again by the end of this week if UPS keeps their promised delivery date for my Digikey order.

The classic problem of shorted deflection transistors. Several were dead when I got it and it looked like only one was original then. Had it it running for a while then some shorted again. Its just waiting until I have a good block of free time to try to figure out the ECO's and try to repair it more permanently. Been using RM503 and DEC/Tek 611 instead for now.
When it was working http://www.pdp8online.com/vr14/vr14.shtml

If you writeup anything more you figure out about the ECO's that will be helpful to VR14 owners.

Also have a Tek 611 which I think the high voltage transformer has shorted between two windings. That's going to be more challenging.

Some recent showing of the other monitors
