As I have learned (the hard way), not all 5.25" drive bay covers fit the 5150/60. I am looking for ones that will fit. Willing to pay for the covers + shipping to Orlando, FL.

No... I have those. I am looking for the floppy drive covers. the 1/2 height ones.

Liqmat is giving away hard drive face plates for free in the for sale section. One of those wouldn't look too bad just as a blanking plate
