Wanted: Any sales/invoices/promotional material on masked ROM costs circa 1983.

Does anyone have contemporary (As of 1983) invoices or pricing information on mask ROM production?

I am compiling research for my Frob video.

While I do know these figures anecdotally, am looking for citation.

(The Frob was an #Atari2600 #Gamedev system for #Apple2)

Also curious if someone has a good source for this info, I've been thumbing through various databooks for Intel, Ti, Hitachi, National, and haven't spotted cost information.
