I'm looking for one of the three laptops listed in the title. Condition doesn't matter - can be trashed, missing parts, etc - just as long as the motherboard is good. I'll consider an untested unit.

In the mid 90s I used to be up to my neck in 4SLC/33s! Almost literally. (Don't have any now, sorry)

Decent machines, rather popular at one point, and must be in a bit of demand. I noticed one sell on eBay a while back complete with carrying case for around $150-200 or so, that kind of surprised me.

Commonly the screen backlights would stop working, but it was always just a bad solder connection on a small transformer.

I wouldn't have thought so except for the fact that they're not very common. I would assume that they were fairly cheap laptops for the time.

What's going on is, I happen to have a 4SLC/33 that's in mint condition, except for one annoying problem it has that I assume traces back to the motherboard. Read about it here:
