In order to fix another issue, I had to delete Windows 3.1 and reinstall it fresh, which did fix the graphics issue I was having. However now I have another issue.
I had to reinstall the drivers for my Awe32, wav files play no problem, and so does audio off of CD. However whenever I go to play a midi file, it says there is no midi device installed, and to go to "Drivers" in control panel, and install midi drivers. However, both the midi drivers for the card itself, and the generic MCI Midi Seqeuncer drivers are already installed. I tried removing the MCI Midi seqeuncer and reinstalling it, but that didn't work either.
Obviously I am lost on what to do here, to get Midi working.
