Looking for the following early 3D cards complete with box, manuals, and software. If you have just the box, manuals, or software then I may also be interested in those items.

Right now I'm looking for:
Any early ATI Rage card - Rage, Rage II, or Rage Pro ( not Rage XL or Rage 128 )
Any early Creative video card (graphics blaster or 3D blaster)
Diamond Stealth III and Diamond Viper V330
Sierra Screamin' 3D
Cirrus Logic card with the GD5464 chipset
STB Velocity 3D, 128, and DVD Nitro
Matrox Mystique and Millennium II
Number Nine Revolution 3D
Apollo Media 2 or any card with the MPACT! 2 chip on it

CGA/EGA/MGA monitor - company or model is RAGE, not sure if MGA, but had a green screen mode that would vertically scroll with an EGA card.
- Hasn't been used in roughly 4 years as I no longer have any pre-vga card to test with.
