WTB: Socket 5 motherboard with VLB, PCI, and ISA slots

As the title says, I'm looking for a socket 5 mobo that has all three types of slots: VLB, PCI, and ISA. I know socket 3's are easier to find but want to use later Pentium CPUs that will work in a socket 5.
