I have 5 of these, looking to sell for about $25 each. None have boxes, but they're stored in old anti-static bags and don't look to have any use. They have Ethernet and a 15 pin connector (AUI?). PM me if you're interested, thanks!
 
Update: I found 4 more and a very damaged box for one, so I'm positive they're NOS now. I also found the software, which I'll upload somewhere when I get a chance. :)
