Tandy released a four port serial board, 25-4031 way back in the 80s, and it had code that downloaded into its Z80 from Xenix when the Xenix 2.3.x system booted. From what I'm reading, there was a driver disc (700-1502) that was released that had the driver microcode for this board. It apparently also had microcode for the Bernouilli boxes as well, from what I see from old UseNet postings.

Some of the sources I used to figure out all this info:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.sys.tandy/3NMF0-7aokI - mentions the 700-1502 part number in relation to the Bernoulli Box and Xenix (so, the driver disk had multiple drivers on it?)
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!search/tandy$2025-4031/comp.unix.xenix/7YGIH75fjf8/S9LX_g0dZpAJ - mentions that the Tandy drivers for the serial board are for 2.2.4, but work in 2.3.2GT
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!search/tandy$2025-4031/biz.sco.general/gVcOHrqxF_I/JKRzRReKMtgJ - mentions the driver software SKU 700-1502 version 1.0.0.0
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!search/tandy$2025-4031/comp.sys.tandy/4bw7wNloz_k/e2FFmwY_zaUJ - mentions the Z80 download of the microcode

IF anyone could help me find this, I would be in your debt. I'm trying to get this ready for VCF-SE at the end of April in celebration of UNIX's 50th birthday.

Thanks!

I've searched high and low for the drivers and Tandy curated Xenix without any luck. Have a Tandy 3000 just waiting for a pair of these cards and Xenix. Would love for them to see the light of day again.

Here are a couple of pictures of the cards:
