XT-IDE : D1000 ROM Error

Hi - I've put aside my Gateway project pending some parts arrival and picked up on an Epson Equity I+ I've been working on. I received an XT-IDE card last night, and put it in today along with a SD-IDE card reader, and it worked brilliantly... for a couple of hours. Then I got a couple of file system errors, and now when I boot up the card is giving me a D1000 ROM error. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this? I've reached out to the seller as well. Thanks!

Update: I used the utility to grab the data off the EEPROM successfully and then reflash it back on the EEPROM with no changes. Now it works again. If that changes I'll update here. Apologies for the 'false alarm'.
