XTIDE Low Profile

I'm looking for a little help. I've purchased one of these from Tindie:

Replace an old or dead hard drive in a vintage PC with a hassle-free, reliable SD card!

....although my version has a CF adapter on it. I'm not 100% sure about wihic hway around in the ISA slot it goes. I assume that the CF adapter sticks out the back of the PC. Can anybody confirm, I don't want to damage my clone ISA slots or the card itself.

Looking at the pictures on the Tindie page they show the card installed with the flashcard adapter on the inside of the machine. Which makes sense as it will put the components on the right side of the ISA pcb.

Didn't think to look at the other pictures. Doh!
