Someone have an idea, what this connector is called ?

They're usually just adapters. If you pull on it gently but firmly, it should come off.

This should probably be in off topic. This is a quite new drive.

Yeah, that connector at the end will come off just fine and it's probably a standard 2.5" IDE drive. The top part will come off with a screw or two. Usually it has two screws in the side of the drive.

looks like the drive came out of a dell ...

the little adapter will come off... i find prying gently with a small flat head screwdriver at one or both ends loosens them up nicely...
