  • Note 28 on the sidebar now refers to the LAB-8. I think of the LAB8-E when I read that term, which can do IAC rotates. It is the LINC-8, which cannot. The PDP-8 side of a LINC-8 is quite similar to a straight-8, even more so than the PDP-12's 8 mode is similar to a PDP-8/I.

    Ah, thanks. That was a total "thinko" on my part. Of course the lab-8e could do that: it's an 8-E!
