I have 3 motherboards (pretty sure there was a 4th but can't figure out where I've hidden it) that I thought I'd use for projects one day, but I'm now reasonably confident I'll never do anything with.
1. IBM part number 62X0751, 5160 XT motherboard. AMD D8088 CPU and 640K memory are installed. POSTs and boots to Basic; no readily available way to boot it to anything else. Tested for demo purposes with Expert TopVGA 2000 VGA video card. No known defects. $50

2. Alco "8MHz Turbo Board", XT clone motherboard. NEC V20 CPU and 640K memory are installed. POSTs, does not boot to anything due to no Basic-in-ROM. Rather notably this board has lots of open ROM sockets, I'm not sure if that makes it desirable for any particular purpose. Tested with same video card as above. No known defects. $50

3. IBM part number 00F2073, 8525 PS/2 Model 25 motherboard. Siemens SAB-8086-2-P CPU installed, no memory installed. POSTs, boots and runs normally from XT-IDE (which lives inside my Model 25) but will not boot from floppy. This board will seek the floppy drive, but will give a 601 anyway despite that. My other 8525 motherboard does not do that when using the same drive and cable, so I have to assume this board is defective in some way. This is a somewhat proprietary motherboard with integrated video capability for the Model 25's integrated CRT. Includes riser card. $20

Prices given are CAD and are inspired by comparable eBay listings that actually sold, in USD (that is, I think my price is fair if the number was in USD, but I'm only asking the same number in CAD). If I'm out to lunch on the prices please let me know. Please PM me if interested. Buyer pays actual shipping cost via Canada Post. I'll ship pretty much anywhere. Payment by PayPal.
