I didnt try INSTALL.EXE, I didnt use disk images. I copied the content of the disks in one directory and ran NXCNFG.EXE and NTNX.EXE. There are 2 versions, for using 1 and 2 memory segments so you have to choose the correct disks.
As far as I remember nx.sys needs to be addd to config.sys to run NTNX.EXE.
