I just purchased a computer with this system and had a question about processor configuration. I was able to obtain some information about it with the documentation here:
Apparently it can use a solder on CPU (which mine has, an AMD 80386-40MHz) or an Intel 25/33MHz processor (in the processor socket). I have a couple of Intel processors laying around which I'd like to test if possible. Does anyone know if I can just plug the Intel CPU into the socket and it will just work (unlikely)? Or is there a jumper which would select between the two (I don't see one on the jumper settings page). I have a few Intel 80386 processors I'd like to test but it appears I can't do so with this particular motherboard (unless I remove the solder CPU which I have no intention of doing just to test a few CPUs).
Anyone familiar with it?
