Just curious since I know a few folks here are tech writers. It's odd, I've seen a few reports on it and still can't quite tell what it does although they mention up and down how it's a beta device and applications are still being written/thought of for it. For now it seems mostly like a $1500 camera.
Think this is our next collectible failed project or could it actually take off? The media sorta ignores all of the previous wearable computers that never took off (which I honestly at the time (90s) thought they were going to). Now I think unless it's very light (this one does look a hell of a lot less cyborg) and hardly noticeable it's generally too much of a distraction/geek statement to get much pop culture interest. Although integrate facebook and I can just imagine the number of kids who will scoop them up (despite the AT&T Face phone or whatever the hell that odd and apparent flop is).
