It's a pity I can't get it to work on older versions of Acrobat reader like 3 and 4. It just gives me an error and blank pages.

Thank YOU for the effort there Gerry!! It suddenly hit me that I have 3 Apple IIs (mostly IIe) sitting around. Sure would be good to have some reference material on them. So, I very quickly downloaded your pretty PDF.
