Delivery confirmation is generally OK with Paypal but anything worth enough money that it would hurt getting ripped off should be sent with signature confirmation (there is no tracking but you get a stub back with a signature of whoever signed for it). I think ebay even asks for signature confirmation in their guidelines along with using a confirmed paypal delivery address.
