Can you help identify this bad resistor on an STB Evolution ISA VGA card?

Any idea what value this resistor is? It looks burned right where I'd expect a colored band to be. Also, how likely is it that this failed resistor would make the card be dead?

It would be useful if you could buzz out each end of the resistor and tell us where they lead. I wonder if there's a burned trace at the far end, near the R24 legend.

If I did it right, it looks like the top end goes to pin 10 on the ram chips, which the data sheet says is VCC. The other end seems to be goin all over the place. Many address lines and data lines on the ISA edge connector. Forgive the stupid question, but do I need to pull the resistor out before trying to find where it goes?

I think that might be just dirt, it came off, if I’m looking at the same thing.

When I checked the back side, it looks like the only pins on the ISA connector are gnd.

If the top end is Vcc, I suspect the value is 2.0K (red black red). Standard value for a pullup.
