I am searching for some manual/datasheet for CITIZEN U1DA-03A.

I am also interested if anyone know the size of the rubber belt.

The FDD is part of the Toshiba's external FDD PA8380U
 
Funny I am in the process of ordering a belt for mine. Same drive.

There is a good youtube video that shows how to quickly change the belt.

I am going to replace the belt with
8.6 inches long
.125 inches width
.025 cross section

Couple of awful leaking caps on mine that need replacing.
22uF 16V surface mount electrolytic.
 
No final verdict yet. I am waiting for caps to be installed before I finish. Initially, I feel it may be ok but it could be a bit tight. The 8.8 inch might be better. I'll tell you mid next week after my caps arrive and I can do a full reassembly.
 
Reporting back..I'm happy enough with belt I bought. It seemed to give a bit and in the end the drive works as expected so, all good.
