On March 1, 2015, on the Smithsonian Channel program series called Air Disasters, there was as episode titled 'Tragedy on the Potomac'. It told the story of the Air Florida crash into the Potomac in 1982. In the Safety Board's process of finding out what when wrong, they showed a scene in a lab analyzing engine sound recordings. At about minute 46 into the program, in the background is a Commodore 8032 type computer running some little program that scrolls graphic data on the screen to look like perhaps analysis of audio data.
Check the beginning of this 4 minute clip from the TV program for a brief glimpse of the PET. Minute 46 of the full program has a better view. Look for the bright video screen in the background: http://www.smithsonianchannel.com/videos/why-did-this-flight-crash-listen-to-its-engine/34737
If you don't get the Smithsonian Channel, perhaps check Netflix, Hulu, or the Smithsonianchannel.com on the web.
