Ive got a CTX EzBook 800 laptop that got hit by a VARTA battery and I’d like to get a crack at repairing it soon. There are 4 components near where the battery was that are labeled LN1 through 4, and LN1 is damaged. As of yet, I can’t identify what these are. They aren’t resistor packs, those elsewhere are labeled RP or RN.

Thanks!

L can mean inductor, so maybe LN = inductor network? Maybe they're just ferrites? Beep them out with a meter to see if they conduct.

they do indeed beep straight through, well, except for some of the pins on LN1.
How necessary would they be do you think? What's the worst that could happen if I just bodged past the damaged one?
