Crescendo MIDI player for Windows 3.1, Windows NT, Windows 95, & Mac-OS System 7.1

Does anyone have the Crescendo MIDI player for Windows 3.1, Windows NT, Windows 95, or Mac-OS System 7.1? Alternatively, does anyone know where I can get it on the web? If you do have a link or download, please share it here.

Also, does anyone have the plug-in executable for Crescendo 2.3 for Netscape?

The executables I need are for:

- Windows 3.1
- Windows 95
- Windows NT

Its very likely the Windows 95 plug-in will work fine on Windows NT.

Last thing I need, does anyone have the Crescendo 2.2 executable(s) for Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0? I've checked the ftp.sunet.se archives, but I haven't found it. The Internet Archive hasn't archived the file either.
