DVW Husky Battery Plug!

My Husky 144 computer missing the battery plug. The computer only works if I hold the batteries in place with a piece of metal such as a coin.





I want to make a replacement plug but don't have the right measurements, such as diameter, thickness and thread pitch. I'd appreciate if someone with a similar computer can take the plug's measurements and post them here.

It looks similar to my Husky Hunter. C-cell batteries? I'll measure what I've got tonight.

Actually, AA batteries.

Spring contact, with an o-ring. Looks likely to be SAE.
20 mm (101/128 inch) outer diameter,
17.4mm (11/16 inch) threaded diameter,
6.7 (17/64 inch) height,
1.5mm (1/16 inch) flange height,
5.15mm (13/64 inch) threaded height including recess for o-ring.
1.17mm (3/64) thread to thread, only 3 threads, Don't have a die that size but seems to be 28 tpi measured against a tap.
14.73mm (37/64) height with spring.

Thank you so much. Unfortunately, my computer takes type C batteries and its plug is larger than yours. I took note of the thread to thread measurement though; maybe it's the same for both sizes.
