Appears to be an early model IBM 5150 with monitor. Price seems very reasonable for the Minneapolis area.

They get no display because the monitor is MDA while the video card is CGA. It's possible both the monitor and computer are in working condition.

I'm surprised the 5151 monitor hasn't gone up in smoke already. I hope they don't leave it running like that for long!

It looks like the machine could have both CGA and MDA cards installed; the MDA video connector could be hiding behind that light blue ribbon cable.

well that's interesting. what part of minneapolis do you live in where you're having to dodge attacks from the antifa gangs?
i'm about 1 mile from downtown, and actually about 2 blocks from one of the electronics recycling of minneapolis dropoff locations, and it's a normal, calm business day here.
