Some years ago I made some EEPROM-based replacements for the PX-4 and PX-8
internal ROMs (default B: and C
based on the http://tandy.wiki/Meeprom PCB. With
a small modification and a 'conversion cradle' it became possible to reprogram
the EEPROM already soldered on the board. The chips are SMD (TSOP actually) and not
very easy to solder with old-style soldering equipment. So not all boards
worked as planned.
Now I have a very small and cheap soldering heat bed (MHP30) to reflow the solder,
and managed to get all boards working!
All this is a bit outdated as there are multi-ROM solutions
(https://www.soigeneris.com/dial-a-rom-for-vintage-computers) but being
outdated is no reason for not posting it here ;-).

Greetings,
Fred Jan
