For free / outside of Boston area - (2) Sony SMC-70 computers

Probably the first--note that these are 600 RPM drives, so zippier than the usual 300 RPM floppies. HP may also have a claim for "first"--I was never sure about whose 3.5" equipped systems hit the market first.
