I bought a quantity of these from a local government surplus supplier. They're NOS in shrinkwrapped boxes of 10, plain white paper sleeves, and include labels and write protect stickers that still stick well. We've opened up a few boxes and used some disks from them, they seem to be just fine! Manufacture date of 2/93 on this particular lot.
