Gene Amdahl was slightly ahead of his time...

Wonder what the heat output is. What percentage of a 12" wafer is that CPU and how bad are yields (I assume very bad)?
 
Probably, but the number of processors numbers in the hundreds of thousands. 4 trillion transistors. Active silicon is a bit over 8 square inches. 5 nm process, so I'm assuming that TSMC is the fab.

I'll wager that the intelligence community is having fever dreams about this...

If they are going to go to that much effort, they can start stacking dies on top of each other and then the sky's the limit.
 
There's no way to cool multiple stacked dies. AMD had to lower top speed on their newest chips with just an extra layer of cache on top to keep from overheating.
