I've just joined the forum. I'm 45 and have a passion since a couple of years for reviving and storing in my attic oldies from the 90's and 2000's.
I must have something like 15 pc's from that era (gateway, dell, packard bell, acer and no name pc).
I also have several retro pieces from my childhood (some 3dfx voodoo cards, sound blaster pro, or the exact same PC case my father brought home with our first 386).
I recently started to put my hands on an IBM PS/1 and a PS/1 pro (never ever owned an IBM PC).
The PS/1 was an easy fix (dead CMOS battery) but the PS/1 is a struggle, hence my presence here !
I hope you guys will help me a bit to find out if this lad is salvageable!
