Husky Hawk

Hello fellow collectors.

I scored a Husky Hawk at a boot sale today, but I have no idea if it works yet. For £4, I decided to take a risk that it was working.

Any idea on what volage / polarity I should use on this thing?

I think you may be thinking of a Husky Hunter. There is no visible battery compartment on the Husky Hawk.

After finding a minute amount of information on this unit, part of which seems to indicate power should be 6.5v 1.3a positive centre, I am no nearer to having this unit working.

When I plug in the power, the screen shows some signs of life, and then immediately dies.

Repair is beyond my skills, and I think I'll offer it up on the marketplace, and then if I get no interest, on Ebay.
