IBM 5170 Case Color

I finally got a IBM 5170, unfortunately one side of the case is rusted. I looked all over the internet but cannot find any info on the color of the paint that was used on these cases. I would like to get it painted as closes to the original color as possible. Does anyone have any info on this or has anyone done this before?

Do you have a Lowes or Home Depot or equivalent where you are in Canada? I've heard that you can bring stuff in and they will match the paint mix for you. That's just what I've heard though so I'd call ahead of time to check before you make the drive.

My guess you would need to sand blast the metal then have it powder coated. I don't think they used paint.

I definitely don't have the equipment to do that. Does anyone here have a 5170 case they would be willing to sell to me? Maybe a trade I have a 5150 Case that is in good condition that I don't need.

I've used AMC Beige (Ditzler 3826) touch up paint for minor ding's on AT's, it's a near perfect match. A decent coat of that should be so close nobody would notice.
