What is this? Never seen before. It is memory expansion board or something else?

AFAIK, is was originally sold as part of the 3270PC (modified IBM AT) around 1986 and i think it is 2MB. I have one in my incomplete 3270PC.

If you want any details, I can access the card quite easily. I have never tried the XMA portion of the card.

IIRC, you want to limit the system to having 256 kiB of RAM with an XMA board, because XMA also fills the range from 256 to 640 kiB.

Then, just use XMA2EMS.SYS, and it becomes a full (enough, anyway) implementation of 2 MiB worth of EMS 4.0, and you can use QRAM for creating UMBs, or you can use DesqView for efficient multitasking.
