IBM P70 Hard drive solutions

So i have an IBM P70 with. Dead hard drive and evwrything else on the unit is perfect. I stumbled across these cards.

It claims to have XTIDE universal bios support. Has anyone used one of thee on a P70?

Would love to know if this is the solution I have been waiting for.
