IBM PS/2 Model 25 Earphone to Line Level (For Trixter)

One resistor, 33k ohm, is enough to get it line level.

Sorry it took so long to do this! I lost my breadboard, and my carton of resistors, and it took me a while to find them.

Ideally, you'd want something that preserves the load impedance, so perhaps an L or T resistor arrangement. Same idea.

Yea that would be ideal, but I don't think it's going to really be that critical in this application. If we were at like 1-4 ohms I'd be concerned, but the impedance is so high I don't think it'll be much of an issue for a quick sound capture.
