i've got a model 8580, with the 386 DX/16. it's a beast! maxed out with 16 MB of RAM. it has a Debian 2.1 installation on it, as well as dual boot with DOS. i upgraded the hard drive to a 1 GB DEC SCSI. it has apache on the linux install, but i have no idea what to host on it. ;)

DOS lives on!!

The two that I have are a Model 50 and a Model 30-286. I'll post some pictures soon. The Model 50's clock battery is now working and the hard drive is bad.

Just picked up a bunch of these, most of them work :)

- 1 x Model 30 286
- 1 x Model 50
- 2 x Model 56sx
- 1 x Model 56SLC2
- 1 x Model 65sx
- 2 x Model 70 (a very old one from 1988 and a newer one with a smaller system board and IBM CPU, the newer one has a defect floppy drive, the old one works 100% and I think it's the coolest hehe)

Hi there! I have a beautiful 8580-A31 with a 386-25, a Seagate 1GB SCSI but without RAM. Trying to revive it! :)

Have 2:

1. 8580-A21 (w/4MB RAM & 8MB expansion) - likely the most stable Win95 machine I ever had Was running a few years ago, but likely in need of serious TLC.
2. Model 56SLC2 (w/16MB RAM). Still packed-up in the box it was bought in (way back in '96). Certainly a dead (and possibly corroded) CMOS battery by now. Purchased several of these at one point to re-sell. Sold 2 out of the 3 I had bought.

I am in possession of a PS/2 Model 77 with a clock/date problem .... even after replacing the battery
Would replacing the riser card assembly be something to try ?

Model 77, originally 486 DX2/66, now has an Evergreen 5x86 133MHz upgrade in it, 32MB (8MB 70ns x 4), 500MB-ish drive with IML.

Used to have an 8525-004, 8573-401 (P75 486), 8573-121 (P70 386), 8580-121, and 8565-061.

I am the founder and editor of the Encyclopedia of Sciences and Technologies in Argentina (http://cyt-ar.com.ar/cyt-ar/index.php/Página_principal). I have an IBM PS/2 Model 50Z, without memory. monitor and keyboard, which I wish to get rid off. Are there any parts that may be of interest to any of the members of the forum? I would gladdly send them if they cover the transportation costs.

Model 90 fully kitted out with RAM, dead floppy but hopefully will get it running soon :)

I also have the PS/Valuepoint and PC/340. But once I get the Model 90 up I want to collect more PS/2s

Here is my collection:
Model 30-286
Model 50
Model 55sx (x2)
Model 56SLC-somthing
Model 57 Multimedia
Model 65sx
Model 77
Model 80 16MHz with 2x 300MB maxtor ruuning os/2 1.3
Model 95 50DX with 256MB RAM! running os/2 warp 4.

Madge smartswitch to network them all.

PC350 acting as a Token-ring to Ethernet router.

Also have a RS/6000 7012 or 7013 cant remember. It looks like a fat model 95. Never got this to work.
