I recently bought a rare IBM ThinkPad 755CV but sadly about half the machine had been absolutely destroyed by battery corrosion from the main battery, with only the drives, display assembly, and a few motherboard parts surviving. I'm hoping to find a parts machine to rebuild with the parts I have, especially one that's missing parts already (but has a good mainboard and casing) or has a damaged display. I am in southeastern Pennsylvania and willing to pay shipping.
 
I have not had much luck finding a working 755. I acquired a CX and the screen was damaged (electrically) in shipping. I have been on a hunt for a transplant but looks like the CX screens are different even from the C's. So I have the body just handing out here. I'll send you a DM and we can chat about it.
