I have an IBM XT computer that I believe has a bad keyboard port. Is there anyway to get around this without having to replace the MB? Is there a card I can get that has a keyboard port?

No, the keyboard port is rather special. Fortunately, it's not much more than a 74LS322 shift register, the 8255 on board and a few bits of logic "glue".
