Identify expansion card containing mc68020, xylinx xc3090 and ncr53c95

I acquired this expansion card and have no idea what system it belongs to, nor what its purpose is.
It has an
CPU - mc68020,
FPGA - xylinx xc3090
SCSI controller - ncr 53c95.

Does anyone know which system this card is used in/comes from ?

Could it be from a NCR Tower system?
68k based Unix systems.

From what little I can find about those NCR Tower 32 systems it doesn't look like it was a card for one of those systems.
The card feels more like some storage controller. The 220 pin connector is also unfamiliar to me. (I think it's 220 pins, could be slightly more or less)
