The Centre for Computing History at Cambridge, UK has original prints of schematic diagrams for the Intertec Superbrain.

I have scanned these and they are available from download via this link:

This directory has two sub-directories with tif (c200mb per file) and jpg images (c30mb per file). The contents are the same 7 images. The jpg were saved with minimal compression and so should have virtually the same detail as the tifs. But both types of file are there. Take your pick.
The motherboard and keyboard file was partly coloured at some time. As a result, all the files are 24-bit colour images. There are two other Intertec drawings, for the Video and another for PSU, etc. There are four files that are Shugart SA400 and SA450 drawings that are probably available elsewhere.
The original sheets are A3 size. In order to copy them with an A4 scanner, I had to scan three sections and stitch the result. They images were scanned at 600dpi.
