Looking for a photo of an early model Mach64 VLB card

I've seen a few small photos in magazines of a very early revision of a Mach64 VRAM for VLB that used ceramic ZIP memory chips like the Mach32 boards rather than the TSOP chips on usually found on the VRAM version. Is there anyone in here that has this card, or a photo of this card?

SteveUK, thanks for posting all the photos, but what I am looking for is the VLB Mach64 VRAM with ZIP memory chips. Below I've attached a PCI version of the card. I know the VLB version exists because I've seen a photo of it in a 1994 magazine and I believe I have memory expansion modules for it.

UPDATE: I think that the card I am looking for uses a very early revision of the Mach64 chipset "210888", informally known as "Mach64 CX"
