Here's a complete distribution of Monarch MP/M-II for Dynabyte S-100 machines. I don't know what the actual disk controller/console controller requirements are:

The Dynabyte is a VERY weird design, especially the disk controller.

Tho it looks like those are 8" disk images and my 5200 (DB8/2) is the dual 5" disk model. Still looking for any 5" boot disk images...

Are you sure that the 8 inch and 5.25 inch disk formats for the Dynabyte are different? If you are lucky they are not.
