PMAG-B video card

Does anyone know the type of connector or part number for the cable to go from The video card PMAG-B (turbo channel, alpha system) to a monitor?

I'd assume that it's 3w3, like most DEC video cards:

One pin is red, one green, and one blue. Sync is carried on green. Just find a 3w3 to VGA adapter, or a 3w3 to 13w3, depending on your monitor.

That’s the connector 3w3, now just finding one.

Had to sort this out last year, you'll need something like 17-02906-01 BC29G-09 and then BNC to VGA

Your monitor will also need to be capable of sync on green

Does anyone know what the part number/model number hard drive will fit in a DEC AXP 3000/300 system? I know its a 50 pin scsi drive.
