Interesting. I always wanted a TI-SR 22. Only calculator that I knew of to do fractional hexadecimal math until I found an app for a PalmPilot that did the same. Haven't found any app for Android that does the same.
 
The HP 16C could do that after a fashion. The example in the manual presents a program that can translate from decimal floating to IEEE binary floating point. Forget the details, however.
