I want to see something software or hardware that would take a QR code and make an equivilent stack of IBM punchcards out of the data.

Wouldn't the punch card equivalent just have the text for the URL placed on the card or cards? It's too bad I don't have a website; I am actually tempted to create an image of a card punched with a website address to which would be given some era appropiate overblown nomenclature like EBCC - "The Efficient Browser Controller Card."
