There is no "glasses guide" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass's_Guide) for Vintage Computers. Prices fluctuate widely condition, both cosmetic and functionality have a great influence. Then there is the "auction" effect. If two people are prepared to fight then the price may go high. If no one wants it its scrap. For a 743? who knows....
.. I guess something in the range of $50-$100 is about right. More for an immaculate one. Whilst I can't find that model several other TI Silent 700 series on E-Bay so I would say not rare..

Does it work?

Does it come with some of the special thermal paper?

Has it got the power supply unit (that has a habit of being separated from the unit)?

The only somewhat reliable way to know price is to put it on eBay with a low opening bid and see what people pay for it. Prices and fads change all the time.
