Trying to figure out what these are:

The seller emailed me some close ups of the EPROMs and switch labeling. One EPROM appears to say "CNCNT" or CNLNT V1.0. Another says DATGEN. On one of the big boards.. there are switches labelled 1 - 5, 10 25, 50 $. Looks like CPU, if there were any, were missing.
Not sure if the paperwork has anything to do with it but interestingly the papers shown mention Seagate and IBM.
I'm sort of thinking custom controls for a CNC or similar.. some kinda special purpose.
