Terminal with twisted image - is it possible to fix?

Hi!

I'm about to acquire a terminal, but the seller just told me the image is twisted. She sent me a picture:



I don't have the technical logic to judge if it is unrecoverable or if a technician could just twist the tube a little to fix the image. Can you help me with this?

Simples. Open the monitor and twist the deflection yoke assembly back into place. Should take less than 5 minutes.

Yep. Just don't break the tube trying to turn it if it's glued down and clamped tight. (It's probably not considering that it did move.)

If if doesn't seem to move easily, there's usually a clamp on the yoke near the CRT base that can be loosened a bit. I suspect that won't be necessary, however.
