Hi folks,

I have recently powered up my Tandy daisy-wheel printer. Amazingly it still prints but as you can imagine, the portion of ribbon that's been exposed is dry.

I would like to add some fresh in and would like some suggestions.

As it's not a dot matrix I don't think I need to worry too much about clogging.

What does the panel think?

Thanks,

Andy.

I have re-inked my Tandy DMP-106 carts with stamp pad ink, have to open the cartridge and apply fresh ink to the reservoir sponge. Long before that I had re-inked the old LP-VII ribbon by just rubbing an ink dipped small sponge/q-tip over the exposed ribbon and slowly work the cartridge to cycle the ribbon through.
